Refreshingly cool, decidedly tropical.



2oz of Kin High Rhode

Bar spoon of agave

1 small nopal (cactus paddle) cleaned of spikes and roughly chopped

½ ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and roughly chopped. Save frond for garnish.

½ grapefruit + slice for garnish

Mint leaves for garnish



Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth or juice-like. Pour blend into a highball glass over crushed ice. Stir mindfully for 30 seconds with a bar spoon. Top off the drink with 2oz of High Rhode. Wake up the mint by rolling between fingers to activate natural oils. Garnish with a pineapple frond, grapefruit slice, and mint leaves. For a kick, add thinly sliced jalepeńos (remove seeds for subtler heat).
