What are 3 healthy habits you implement to optimize your body and mind?
Over the years, I have found that there are many daily healthy habits that I need to incorporate to feel my best, both in my body and mind. I've combined many of these into one habit- a morning routine that incorporates journaling, meditation, exercise, stretching. reading, and more. This "habit stacking", incorporating many habits into one habit, helps me ensure that I consistently find time to do all the things I need to do to feel my best.

For years, self care has been defined by taking time to get a massage or to take a yoga class. Although these types of activities are great, they are often simply "feel good" activities that have an unmeasured long term benefit. I think in the 21st century "self care" will be redefined as a deliberate set of actions that are measured and proven to create a specific outcome. Biomarker testing, brain testing, and scientifically formulated beverages will all play a role in creating new routines with feedback loops to personalize the entire process.
