The Great Escape
2 oz of Kin High Rhode
1 small nopal (cactus paddle) cleaned and chopped
½ ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped*
Bar spoon of Agave
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a highball glass over crushed ice and stir for 30 seconds. Top off with 2oz of Kin High Rhode. Wake up the mint by rolling between fingers to activate natural oils. Garnish with a pineapple frond, grapefruit slice, and mint leaves. For a kick, add thinly sliced jalepeńos sans seeds.
