In addition to 31 days of Kin, Bella committed to working out three times per week, drinking lots of water, and completed her first Dry January, which is a month-long commitment to removing alcohol from your routine. She also deleted social media apps from her phone during the workweek and tried to make time for fun adventures to stimulate her frontal lobe.

The Results

The rainbow-colored blobs represent Bella’s brain, and the dimples - or depressions - on scan one (before Kin) indicate low activity in the frontal lobe, but on scan two (after Kin), they appeared to be improving – meaning less brain fog and mood swings, and more clarity and mental health.
